Colour: Night Cap | Worktops: Walnut
The bold and moody graphite shade of this grey Shaker kitchen (Night Cap) gives the small space a sense of depth and unquestionable class.
We used clever storage solutions to maximise this small kitchen in Burgess Hill. We did away with wall cupboards and instead the tardis-like handcrafted pantry cupboard forms the main focus of the space. The cunning use of internal drawers helps to eradicate clutter and maintain clean lines.
Pairing grey kitchen cabinetry with white walls brings about a smart elegance that works brilliantly in smaller spaces. Some might otherwise shy away from using deep colours for a small kitchen, but here the moody grey shade of Night Cap really makes the kitchen stand out against the crisp white to give an illusion of size.
Supersizing the sink is a clever way of utilising space in smaller kitchens so we added this chunky butler sink, and then topped it all off with a walnut worktop to give it a luxurious flourish. The clients couldn’t believe how our kitchen design augmented their living space and they were overjoyed with their new Shaker kitchen!
